This is the accurate information sent to the Family by Judge Ross : "He was sentenced to serve 11 month and 29 days. After serving six months in jail, the court will consider allowing him to enroll in and complete an inpatient or residential program. The jail does not have a program. He must serve six months before he would be allowed out to attend any form of treatment. I'm not sure where the media came up with the treatment in jail. That's not what I said in court or wrote on the judgment." Below is Don's testimony he asked to be shared once his sentence started.
